NOTE: I'm not sure why all the spacing is so funky...try to ignore it and just get to the meaty goodness of this post. :)
NOTE II: The videos will load reeeeally slow
Well, back from my short, fantastic trip to Idaho! First of all, that is a wicked long drive (especially when you get lost and are half way to Denver), so I think in the future, I shall cough up some extra funds and just fly. But Edgar did great on his first road trip. :) I stayed with Angie, in her cute little Hobbit house (don't worry, pic below) and wonder of wonders, it was non-stop laughing for 4 days! Let's see, recap: We hit up Great Harvest a few times, tubed down the river at Lava Hot Springs all afternoon one day, got good and burned, went to one of Angie's favorite old bookstores, had lunch with Cherie & Dave & Co., watched planes practicing for the Blue Angels show, went up to Ashton and visited G&G Stoddard, drove out to gorgeous Mesa Falls with Gramps, went hiking, rearranged Angie's living room (yes, its a sickness with me), hung out with G&G Hillam for an afternoon, mostly stalking the plethora of kitties running amuck on their property, saw the movie SALT (two thumbs up!), laughed, laughed some more, and mostly just tried to spend as much time outside as possible. Twas GLORIOUS!
Angie's cute place. She calls it the Treehouse, but I was feeling a bit more like we were in the Shire...
Yes. It's a tree. But it's a pretty tree!
This was after our river tubing expedition. Would've lost the camera on the river if I'd taken it, but look...see that delicious rosy hue...? River.
At Cherie & Dave's, having lunch and watching the air show.
Steph & Ty!
Headed up to Mesa Falls with Gramps!
And these gorgeous shots can only have come from G&G Hillam's house...
And this next series, I like to call..."Kitty, oh Kitty, Where Art Thou?" See him?
How 'bout this one?
And in this one...If you said two, you were half way there. :) Keep looking.
Totally in love
The End!!!
