hey girls! geez, i haven't posted anything in a while. okay, so...you'll remember that Cousin Whit was in phoenix last week with her man, and i got to meet up with them for a while. i haven't seen whitney in years, and here she is all growed up with a fiance! CRAZY Here's my sad, empty office. Gone are the delightful wall hangings, the lava lamp, the plants galore, the glorious glow of laura's presence... but enough of that. knock-knock. what? who's that? oh, it's your future calling. ready to move on to my real career. here's what i wore to my interview at Phoenix Theatre yesterday (which went flipping awesome, btw). grrrrrrowl!

Laid off. Who's been laid off in their life? ohh! ooh! me!

So...what am i going to do?--you're asking yourself. i have several back up plans. win the lottery. get my book published by friday. marry a rich man by friday. no, no. i'm going to find a new job, that's what! this is a good thing. everything happens for a reason. that guy in the sky knows what he's doing. i trust him. so...soon enough i'll have a new job, with new people to make fun of and new office politics to observe, and occasionally stir my sneaky little fingers into.

i think i may have to help uncle rico sell tupperwear...
